The call focuses on five priority areas: Agriculture & Food Security, Natural Resource Management & Ecotourism, Health, Education, and Cross-Cutting Issues.

Office Duties and Activities The role of an External Project and Digitalization in university is a unique and multifaceted position that combines project management, external partnerships, and the integration of digital technologies within the communities and academic institution. In addition the position develop and manage partnerships with industries, governmental and non governmental agencies to create collaborative projects that align with the university’s mission. Currently External project office stablished the potential thematic theme on four different focus area of the Dilla University Health theme, Education theme, Agriculture and natural resource theme and Entrepreneurship theme. Those themes are developing the plan and collaborating with different partners (local and international) to hunt the external project. The outcome of the project will serve community by intervening the proposed problems of societies and assist financially the community service and engagement in addition to university’s budget. Office Duties and Activities Training and Consultancy officer under the community service directorate bridges the local community, mainly through training to fill the skill and knowledge gap and consultancy activities. This practical training service emphasizes women, youth, disability groups, and unemployment to address socio-economic challenges via entrepreneurship skills and knowledge. Consultancy services are another task that provides free legal services through the established 7 Free Legal Aid Centers in the university catchment area to assist vulnerable community groups with the right legal services through counseling, preparing complaints, answers and appeals, advocacy, and conscious service. Furthermore, providing consultancy services in the areas of engineering, agriculture, health, and business are additional tasks of the officers. All the above-described tasks required collaboration and partnerships with industries and governmental and non-governmental agencies to provide training and consultancy services that align with the university’s mission.
